Looking at tomorrow my usual non weekend day off in the afternoon but looking at forecast which has changed every time I look at it is it worth cancelling or shall I wait till the morning before I go and get bait and fuel I only have a 14 f open oat and will be staying in around lee and stokes bay but I can't get this weather right I went out weds and got caught in the rain and when the tide turned was very lumpy getting back to Elmore before ha it was fine

if you do get out try hill head about 1/4 mile south of the orange racing bouy outside harbour,lots of decent size smoothies and not much weed went out friday and had loads

I did venture out today was quite hairy wind over tide for the whole trip with more like a force 4 to 5 sw I my tiny boat was uncomfortable and probably dangerous but felt stable we weren't too far out only caught doggies was oping for a nice bass as we had
I've eeels today think I need to go with someone off here in a small boat if anyone wants to take me for a bit more experience

They cant forecast eight hours in front at the moment so I take any long range forecast with a pinch of salt. Remember the BBQ summers of 2010 and 2011. No neither can I but that was the forecast!!

Saturday is looking good on xcweather, no wind at all predicted for around midday. When it's absolute dead calm the fish don't bite though do they?

The fish dont give a toss mate, they will feed when they are hungry. They are more suspicious of noise and movement though so you may have to approach your mark more cautiously.
