Sorry, might be inappropriate but I forgot to say I was very thankful to the person who towed me away from the main channel so I could drop anchor in shallow water. Only hope I can return or pass on the good deed someday.

Hi forum users, been out boating with mrs so no fishing myself but several observations on our travels. Mackerel in on the west solent and peeler crabs being netted off sea walls just below water line. First time I've seen such large crabs coming up in landing nets by local fishermen. Will be able to fish next week and hopefully bbq fish on beach.
