Thanks for the interest in the BBQ idea.
I can confirm for Sat July 29th.
High tide is 16.55. You can get into the harbour around 2 hours either side of this. Tides are quite large so best to err on the side of safety. You can check the level on the bar at www.bembridgeharbour.co.uk
You can also book a berth on line via the Bembridge harbour website. Be aware it is the harbour family fun w/e as well so if you want to come over might be best to book a berth earlier rather than later...
If you drop me a PM once you are confirmed I can then sort catering from my side and give directions to my house.
Looking forward to seeing you then and hopefully some warm balmy sunshine, cold beer, chilled wine and no doubt a load of general chatter on fishing!
Clearly on the Sunday you can get up early and get back or go out fishing. If a more relaxed attitude is called for there is a nice beach at Bembridge, the Crab Cafe to indulge in shellfish and chips or walks around the surrounding which is normally very peaceful...

Thanks for letting me know. Others welcome depending on numbers. It is only a small terrace with 'appropriate' sized garden....😊

You can book in Bembridge harbour on their website. There is a watertaxi over to the beach from there it is 3 minutes to my house with a pub on the way....
You can walk from the marina but it's about 30 minutes as you walk 3 sides of the harbour.

Hi Dave,
You will be welcome. Don't forget to book with Gordon at the Marina for your overnight.
No need to bring anything, maybe a bottle if you wish.
Look forward to it and hopefully some sunny weather too to compliment...

Not sure tbh. Might be worth a call to them. Often quite busy in the summer.
Hope you can make it.
