Hello all

Following on from the last thread and my little Orkney Fastliner 16', at present it has a pretty ugly makeshift spray shield on top of the cuddy (Snowy will vouch for the ugliness).

I know that Orkney do produce a purpose made spray shield or top screen as it's called but at £320 it's difficult to justify to Mrs G especially with the boat cover needed also.

Does anyone have any ideas of a cheaper option.....surely there must be something that can be done with a decent bit of perspex or similar, but I don't know anyone with skills in this area

Can anyone help / has anyone done anything similar with there boat?

Thanks very much

Mark

Not used them before. The guy I bought the engine from told me about them as I was looking for someone to make me some new windows.

have a chat with Alf, there are several companies the yard uses. Prices according to the quality of the job.
