on the home page lee you have beach fishing, boat fishing and so on at the bottom you have reports and at the end of the brief writing theres a report form.

maybe you need to be upgraded, pm webmaster

On the home page oin the top left corner there is a list of Beach, Boat, etc the bottom one is contact, put your cursor on this and you get a dropdown one of the things in the dropdown is reports form, click on this Big smile
