Went on an evening trip with Andy Snow (snowy) , got to mark about 6pm after getting a few mackerel on the way out. Fishing a bit slow to start but after about an hour i had a few knocks on the rod, so sat on my hands for about 5 mins, then noticed the line starting to kite off to the left, so picked up the rod and bent in to what felt like a good fish. After about 10 to 15 mins with the fish making repeated dives for the bottom Andy got the net under a fantastic 23lb Blonde Ray. Weed became a bit of a pain after that but I didn't care I was still buzzing after that fish. Cant wait to go again now. Many thanks to Andy for putting us on the fish once again, I always seem to get a new pb fish when on his boat. We also had 3 spotted rays a thornback and a smoothound on the boat.
god put me on this earth to acheve a certain amount of things in a given time right now i am so far behind i will never die
