Hi Bodger,

Good to see you on the forums!

I think there is a very good club at Southsea/Langstone. Hugh on here can no doubt give you details. He can't fish very well but he knows the club.....

I just thought I would launch you straight into a bit of fishermans banter Bodger :-)

This is I think the friendliest forum out there, you can tell as we freely trade insults and tell the truth about how big the fish are that we catch.

Skillpot is of course legendary in regards to his fishing skills only surpassed by yours truly here and every other angler on the forum too. I am surprised that it has taken him at least an hour to spot this thread and not reply yet!

hi bodger, excuse boatfisher, hes my personal net boy lol.

i keep my boat in southsea sea angling club, which is the entrance to langestone harbour. its a great little club, good facilities and the members are cracking. we have monthly comps but the weather seems to be doing its best to halt these lately.

if you want any further info give me a shout mate.

ThankHugh, had to be said!!.Can you send details about your club,I'd like to know about fees for membership,& boat, are there any lockers for tackle/motor etc,and more importantly is there any spaces available, for 17ft'er.We signed house contracts a couple of days ago,so we should be exchanging pretty soon, then I guess I'll be down there within 2 wks, your club sounds right to me I hate having a mile to go before reaching open water!.Hope the fees are within my reach.I hope you dont mind my using you as an intro for membership?,I certainly wont want your advice on fishing!,you seem to need help yourself'(or so I'm led to believe),I could be bribed if you need guidance?,right got the joke off my chest.ThankHugh Hugh.  Joe,ie:bodgerOuch
