Do any of you have any tips about how you can unhook our doggie friends without them rubbing off large bits of skin from your hands?  I would also like to return them unharmed if possible. Hugh

Use a T-bar. 90% of fish will come off easy enough. Otherwise, as already said grab head between thumb and first finger then grab tail with other hand and trap between 2/3rd finger to form a loop of dogfish and hold on tight! No recommended with a bull huss though!

i did a TSF in Anglesey and this pic was the best one ...

the one of me getting swiped by a 13 Bull Huss is not a pretty pic.

10 weeks for the scars to disappear.

Be careful with sand paper of the fishy kind.

Wally or wot?

Anyway ... go with Gethyn ...

Ouch

i swear by me gemini tool boys! you dont realise how good they are until you go out without it and need it, since using one i have probably only lost 2-3 hooks to deep hooked fish too. Great bit of kit
