Any one been out for the bass yet

with this wind we've had/having there must be a good few about, have limpets been washed up in any numbers yet?

Taking a work mate out tonight for a couple of hours, hes quite new to the game so hopefully we'll bag a few

Some good marks for bass that i use that have never let me down are.
hayling island (inn on the beach) Eastney(bus shelter) and the sea life centre.
Inn on the beach just short casts 10 yrds with slipper limpets.
Eastney, sea life centre cast as far as you can,you should pick up a few in these conditions.
wonder who i sound like!lol
ljBig smile

only fished for an hour last night at the ferry boat, usually do well here after a storm, not many limpet about, didn't even have a bite, so gave up after an hour, usually when the bass are about after limpet youre pretty much into them straight away.
