Hi all, just a little question, does anyone know if Plaice feed on baby scallops? I know they feed on pea mussels and small crabs and such but I have found a bit of ground that has baby scallops and was going to give it a go next late spring/early summer, whats the thoughts on this one then?
Cheers For Now, Woody ;-)

No idea but I would give it a go now. I see no reason why not. I find the best plaice fishing is September to November & with the warm weather we have had, I think they will be around until mid November. They have fed up ready to move out & so are nice & plump.

I drift with worm bait tipped with a little bit of squid.
