Will anyone "Not" be out this weekend??

Weather looking great.
Imagining that the local Plaice and Bream hotspots will be filling up from early doors..

I am undecided what to do...
Have the sacrificial anchors which are screaming to be dropped into a wreck, but also have a desire to maybe go try a couple of the noted Tope drifts.

Decisions decisions...

Hugh,

I have not heard any yet.. But I am toying with the idea that someone has to get them first..

Decisions decisions... I really can not make up my mind..
Have worm in the fridge, frozen baits in the freezer..
Fresh baits to be caught...

Seeking inspiration from somewhere or someone..

Bream.
Bought home 16, and nothing under 2.5lb
Had probably between 40 to 50.
Had a bag with scales and anything under 2.5lb went straight back.
Landed on them straight away and it only died off when Al (Sea Fox) pulled alongside... :-)
(OK, this did also coincide with the tide, so could have been that)
But from 8.15 this morning through to 11.30 ish, it was bream per drop.

Majority of the 16 were 2lb 12oz (Strange that they are all the same size to within an ounce or two of each other?). With a couple going over 3lb.

1 Gurnard added the only variety to what was a rather enjoyable day.

Crossing Bembridge this morning I did think the forecasters had got it all wrong as it was very lumpy.. But once around Culver it settled down quite nicely.

Should point out that that is with 2 of us fishing 2 rods each... :-)
Still hectic though, as majority came early in the tide with both rods with fish on majority of the time.
